In more than 15 years working with large and small businesses, we discovered a common thread among client companies. All were striving to improve their workforces’ health, safety, innovation, engagement and performance through their people. The organisations implemented numerous strategies, often focused on training individuals within the workplace, with few sustainable gains. Many programs overlapped and focused on systems rather than behaviours.
