Testimonials

We were fortunate to be introduced to Carly and Naomi last year. We engaged them to conduct an internal workshop on psychological safety. This involved the team, each independently, completing a survey prior to workshop that measured the level of psychological safety in our business, as assessed by all.

The Psychological Safety Profile for Teams (PSP-T) report is very insightful and was used throughout the day as a reference point for us and has continued to be used subsequently.

The day was one of the most challenging and exhausting workshops we have undertaken. The outcomes have been incredibly rewarding and the perceptive, relevant advice delivered by both Carly and Naomi has been helpful in growing and developing our comprehension of psychological safety and applying it in the workplace.

Carly and Naomi are consummate professionals, their delivery style is engaging, warm, and “real”, and the insights and learnings they delviered for us individually and as a team have been invaluable. We cannot recommend the highly enough to any business that wants to create an environment that truly engages with its employees at the highest level.

Humanology Group have conducted a seminar for our clients, and they meet with some clients after who have engaged them. Your experience with the Humanology Group will certainly be an exceptionally positive one based on our continued dealings with them.

Thank you for your ongoing work with my state operations team.  I have learned a lot from you myself and I know my team here and from property/development have really extracted a great deal of personal and professional development through your 1:1 and team coaching.

Carly has worked with my Senior Leadership Team as a Leadership Coach to transform leadership behaviour and team’s mindset, working to increase cohesion within the team and create a cultural transformation aligned with our business strategy.  Carly helped to enable strategy through people.  She challenged leaders to move their teams forward strategically, inspirationally, with confidence, challenging them to adopt new ways of thinking.  Carly has also coached our emerging leaders to support and accelerate their development to step into larger responsibilities and highly visible leadership roles

I would highly recommend Carly to any team, no matter where you are on your journey.   Carly has an incredible ability to read the team environment and help shape a plan that will continue to stretch the team and individuals, especially when it comes to building brand and trust.

I worked with Carly at a critical point in my career where I was seeking a new sense of direction that aligned with the self-development I sought.  I really appreciated the rigorous process of coaching and elucidation that helped me focus on what really mattered and particularly in my understanding of leadership. I see those conversations and the resulting orientation as some of the most important parts of my success. They laid the foundation for my approach to self development and the development of the teams that I lead.
